You can use this app to change Japanese text orientation. This works for Kanji and Harigana. This resource is useful if you want to change the way Japanese text appears on your screen, or when you need an easy way to change the orientation of Japanese text in a document.

There are three options available, you can change the text from left-to-right to:

1) right-to-left

2) Top to bottom (left-to-right)

3) Top to bottom (right-to-left)

Once the orientation has been changed, the text can also be exported as an image or PDF.
